1. Scope & Acceptance

These Business Terms (“Business Terms”) govern the access to and use of the PetzSo platform by businesses, service providers, venues, sellers, organizers, or any commercial entities (“Business,” “you,” or “your”).

By creating, claiming, managing, or advertising a business listing on PetzSo, you agree to be legally bound by these Business Terms, the PetzSo User Terms, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Independent Business Relationship

PetzSo acts solely as a neutral discovery and connectivity platform.

• PetzSo is NOT an agent, broker, partner, franchisee, employer, or insurer
• No partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship is created
• You operate as an independent business at your own risk

3. Business Eligibility & Authority

You represent and warrant that:

• You are legally registered or authorized to operate in your jurisdiction
• You have full authority to bind the business to these terms
• All information submitted is accurate, current, and lawful

4. Listings, Content & Accuracy

You are solely responsible for:

• Prices, availability, descriptions, pet policies, and operating hours
• Compliance with pet safety, hygiene, and facility standards
• Accuracy of all photos, claims, and representations

PetzSo does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any business listing.

5. Payments, Fees & Monetization

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• PetzSo does not process or hold customer payments
• PetzSo does not act as escrow or payment intermediary
• All financial transactions occur directly between you and customers

PetzSo reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, advertising, or listing fees in the future.

6. Customer Interactions & Pet Safety

You assume full responsibility for:

• Customer interactions, conduct, and disputes
• Pet injuries, illnesses, escapes, aggression, or incidents
• Property damage or personal injury occurring on or off premises

PetzSo bears no responsibility for pet-related or customer-related incidents.

7. Reviews, Ratings & Visibility

Reviews and ratings are user opinions and do not constitute verified facts.

PetzSo does not guarantee ranking, visibility, traffic, or business outcomes. Algorithms and display logic may change at any time.

8. Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, licenses, tax obligations, and consumer protection rules in every jurisdiction where you operate.

9. Suspension & Removal

PetzSo may suspend, restrict, or remove any business listing at its sole discretion, without notice or liability, including for safety, legal, reputational, or operational reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

You grant PetzSo a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your business name, logo, images, and content for platform operation, promotion, and marketing.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” PetzSo makes no warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetzSo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification (Business)

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetzSo, Kuja Tech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

• Your business operations or representations
• Customer or pet-related disputes or incidents
• Violation of laws or regulations
• Content, pricing, or service failures

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Business Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kuja Tech Private Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Survival

All provisions relating to liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
