These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PetzSo mobile applications, partner applications, websites, and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Kuja Tech Private Limited (“PetzSo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
PetzSo is a pet-focused discovery, information, and connectivity platform. The Platform enables users to explore pet-friendly places, venues, services, and products, and to connect directly with independent third-party businesses.
PetzSo does NOT:
All services and products are offered solely by independent third-party businesses, and any interaction, agreement, or dispute is strictly between the user and the business.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using PetzSo, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The Platform is intended for global use. Laws, regulations, consumer protections, and pet-related rules vary by country and locality. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
Access to certain features requires account creation using verified contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
PetzSo may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:
Users may create one or more pet profiles. By creating a pet profile, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized caretaker of the pet.

PetzSo bears no responsibility for pet-related incidents, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind.
Listings may be created by PetzSo, users, or business owners. Information may be based on user submissions, business input, or publicly available sources.
PetzSo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, or current validity of:
Users must verify critical details directly with the venue or service provider before visiting or booking.
Booking features on PetzSo represent requests only. They do not constitute confirmations or guarantees.
PetzSo does not process payments, hold escrow, issue refunds, or resolve payment disputes. All financial transactions occur directly between users and businesses.
Users may submit photos, videos, reviews, comments, captions, and other materials (“Content”). You retain ownership of your Content.
By submitting Content, you grant PetzSo a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and promote such Content in connection with the Platform and PetzSo’s operations and marketing.
PetzSo may remove, edit, or restrict Content at its discretion, without notice or obligation to explain.
Reviews and ratings reflect personal opinions of users. They do not constitute verified facts or endorsements.
PetzSo does not guarantee service quality, safety, or outcomes based on reviews or ratings.
Businesses claiming listings must provide accurate and lawful information. PetzSo may request verification and may revoke claimed or verified status at any time.
The Platform may link to third-party services such as maps, messaging apps, or external websites. PetzSo does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content or conduct.
Use of the Platform and visits to venues occur at your own risk. PetzSo disclaims responsibility for injuries, losses, property damage, denied entry, service refusal, or disputes.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, architecture, algorithms, databases, design, layout, user interfaces, trademarks, service marks, logos, branding, and all content excluding user-generated content, are exclusively owned by or licensed to PetzSo.
You may not copy, extract, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any part of the Platform for any purpose without PetzSo’s express prior written consent. Any unauthorized use shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
PetzSo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, legal restrictions, or system failures.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetzSo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
PetzSo’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

Ltd.), its founders, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of your account or use of the Platform.
PetzSo may suspend or terminate access at any time to protect platform integrity, safety, or legal compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kuja Tech Private Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, such laws shall prevail to the minimum extent required.
PetzSo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
