By accessing or using the Petzso mobile app, Petzso partner app, website, or services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

• Social features (pet profiles, posts, stories, interactions)
• Local service exploration and appointment booking
• Business profile visibility and advertising tools

We do not directly provide services such as grooming, veterinary care, or product delivery — these are offered by third-party businesses listed on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Petzso. We recommend responsible supervision if minors access the platform through a parent/guardian’s account.

4. User Accounts and Pet Profiles

• Each user account is created using a verified phone number.
• Users may create one or more pet profiles under their account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may upload photos, videos, captions, comments, reviews, and moments ("Content") under pet profiles. You agree not to post:

• Content that is abusive, defamatory, or offensive
• Content that promotes harm to animals or humans
• Spam, fake accounts, or commercial solicitations without consent
• Infringing, illegal, or plagiarized material

Petzso reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts violating our guidelines, without prior notice.
